Payment for the ordered goods in our online store can be made in the following ways:
Method 1 – Cash on delivery
This is the most simple and convenient payment option when delivering an order in Ukraine. Payment is made at the representation of the carrier company (Nova Posita) upon the arrival of the goods in the warehouse. For the goods it is necessary to pay off only after its unpacking and checking the appearance and completeness. The cost of the “cash on delivery” service is always paid only by the buyer and amounts to 2% of the order value.
Together with the order at any form of payment you receive a sales receipt, a warranty card (if it is provided) that you need to keep.
Method number 2 – Cashless settlement
For private customers:
After accepting the order, we will provide an account that you can pay at the branch of any bank (you will have to pay for the bank’s services – usually from 1 to 2% of the payment amount).
For legal entities:
After receiving the order, we will bill you for payment. All necessary documents (original invoice, commodity and tax invoices) will be delivered together with the order.
